Worm Rate

Wormrate enables you to have worms be given upon dirt breaking!
useful for adding whimsyness to your minecraft server! good for bentonquest, achievements, etc.

Commands:

    /wormrate list
    /wormrate get <block>
    /wormrate set <block> <percent>
    /wormrate reset <block>
    /wormrate addblock <block <percent>
    /wormrate removeblock <block>
    /wormrate tilling <on|off|status>
