ScottTrivia

A lightweight, highly customizable trivia plugin for modern Paper servers. ScottTrivia
runs interactive quiz events — scheduled or manual — where players answer questions in
chat, build answer streaks, climb a per-session leaderboard, and earn rewards.

Requirements

• This download includes TWO jars — ScottTrivia and ScottAPI. Put BOTH in your /plugins folder.
• ScottAPI is required; ScottTrivia will not load without it. It also powers the multi-language
  system (messages, question content, and reward names).
• Vault is optional — only needed for economy (money) rewards. Command-based rewards work without it.
• Built for Paper 1.21+ (api-version 1.21), Java 21.

Features

• Automatic scheduled trivia sessions (configurable interval) plus manual start/stop.
• Configurable questions per session — set 1 for single-question rounds or any number
  for multi-question sessions.
• Flexible answer matching: case-insensitive and space-trimming options, plus multiple
  accepted answers (aliases) per question.
• Per-session scoring with a live leaderboard, plus persistent per-player all-time score
  and correct-answer totals.
• Single-session win-streak tracking with milestone rewards (e.g. 3 / 5 / 10 in a row).
• Layered reward system:
  • per correct answer,
  • ranked session-end rewards (1st / 2nd / 3rd) with an optional participation reward
    for everyone meeting a minimum correct-answer count,
  • win-streak milestones.
    Each reward can pay out via Vault economy and/or run console commands (give items,
    run titles, etc.), with optional broadcast.
• Multi-language support via ScottAPI/ScottLang. Messages, question text/answers/aliases,
  and reward names live in editable lang/scottrivia/<lang>.yml files (bundled: en_US,
  zh_TW). A fallback message block in config.yml is used only when ScottLang is absent.
• Player data tracking with an answer cooldown and a configurable max-winners-per-question
  cap to limit spam and abuse.
• Lightweight and optimized for Paper (uses the modern Paper chat event).

安裝需求

• 本下載包含「兩個」jar —— ScottTrivia 與 ScottAPI,請把兩個都放進 /plugins 資料夾。
