Tools include: axes, hoes, shovels, shears, flint and steels, fishing rods, compasses, clocks, leads, carrots on a stick, warped fungus on a stick and brush.

• Usage: /tooleffect <ClickTabToAutoCompleteTool> <ClickTabToAutoCompleteEffect> [LevelOfTheEffect]
• Required permission to use the command: tooleffect.give
• Players with op (/op nickname) have this required permission by default.
