TinyPlots

TinyPlots lets you place small, rentable plots (9×9 or 13×13) on your server. Players rent a plot for a daily price, and the plugin auto-charges through Vault (e.g., EssentialsX)

📖About TinyPlots

This plugin DOES require these dependencies:

Vault

Economy plugin that hooks Vault: EssentialsX (recommended)

WorldGuard

TinyPlots lets you drop small, tidy plots (9×9 or 13×13) for towns and market rows, then rent them out with automatic daily billing.
Each plot becomes a real WorldGuard region (no overlap, follows your WG flags), shows a simple hologram with price/renter/next charge, and can display a particle border so players see the limits.
Players can create chest shops inside their plot—BUY or SELL using the item in hand—while owners crouch + right-click the chest to restock; a config toggle lets you allow or block owners trading at their own shops.
Rent is charged through Vault (for example EssentialsX) with a configurable grace period and optional landlord payouts; if payment fails after grace, the plot auto-expires.
It’s lightweight (YAML storage), comes with simple commands to make plots, set and pay rent, toggle borders, and manage shops, and is built for Paper 1.21.8. Requires: Vault with an economy plugin and WorldGuard (WorldEdit recommended).

Commands + how they work:

claimlets

  • /claimlet create <9|13> [pricePerDay] — makes a plot centered on you. choose size 9 or 13; pricePerDay is optional.

  • /claimlet rent — rents the plot you are standing in and pays the first day.

  • /claimlet setrent — landlord or admin sets the daily price for this plot.

  • /claimlet info — shows plot size, price, renter, and next charge time.

  • /claimlet border — toggles a particle outline so you can see the plot edges.

  • /claimlet abandon — stops renting this plot right away.

  • /claimlet remove — admin deletes the plot.

shops:

/shop create [buy|sell] — look at a chest (within about 6 blocks) and hold the item in your hand; that item becomes the product and its stack size is the per-trade amount. default type is buy.

/shop info — shows the shop’s type, item, amount, and price.

/shop setprice — owner or admin changes the shop’s price.

/shop remove — owner or admin removes the shop.

using shops:

right-click a shop chest to buy or sell one trade’s worth.
if you are the shop owner or an admin, crouch + right-click to open the chest normally for restocking.

Example workflows:

make a market row -

stand where the first stall should be and run: /claimlet create 9 15
move 9 blocks over and repeat for the next stall (use 13 if you prefer bigger plots)
(worldguard prevents overlaps, so the row stays neat)

rent a stall -

walk into a plot and run: /claimlet info to check the price
run: /claimlet rent to pay the first day and become the renter
toggle borders with: /claimlet border
give it up any time with: /claimlet abandon (auto-billing stops)

tune prices -

landlord sets plot price: /claimlet setrent 20 (stand in the plot)
shop owner updates shop price: look at the shop chest, then /shop setprice 30

restocking and money flow -

buy shops use the chest’s contents as stock; sell shops pay the player and put items into the chest
owners must have enough balance for sell shops to pay sellers
by default owners cannot trade at their own shops; change this in the config if you want
