Stop time and freeze the entire world! Inspired by DIO's Stand ability from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

⏱️ What Does It Do?

TimeStop adds a legendary Clock item to your server. When right-clicked, EVERYTHING freezes except the user:

• 👥 Players freeze mid-air
• 🏹 Arrows stop mid-flight
• 💥 TNT pauses before explosion
• 🧟 Mobs completely freeze
• 📦 Dropped items hang in air

After the duration ends, everything resumes from exactly where it was!

🎬 How It Works

1. Admin gives Time Stop item: /timestop give <player>
2. Player right-clicks the magical clock
3. ⏱️ TIME STOPS!
4. Everyone freezes (even mid-jump!)
5. User moves freely for 20 seconds
6. User can:
   • Attack frozen players
   • Shoot arrows (they freeze mid-air!)
   • Throw items (they freeze mid-air!)
7. ⏱️ TIME RESUMES!
8. Everything continues moving
9. 1 hour cooldown starts
