TickSpeedchallange

This Mod changes the Tickspeed to a random one every 5 Minutes when Command /starttickrandom was executed! This Command need OP Permission so make sure you have them. You can stop the 5 minute process by doing the command /stoptickrandom. It also requires OP Permissions!
