Download the Waystones-1.0.0.jar file
Place it in your server's /plugins/ folder
Restart the server
The plugin will automatically generate the configuration files

/plugins/Waystones/waystones.yml (waystone data)
/plugins/Waystones/players.yml (player data)
/plugins/Waystones/backups/ (automatic backups)
Edit config.yml to customize:
