TabPrefix

TabPrefix is a Minecraft plugin designed for integration with the LuckPerms permissions system, displaying player groups in the tab list. It automatically retrieves group data from LuckPerms, requires no manual configuration, and is ready for use immediately after installation. Any changes made in LuckPerms are reflected in the tab list automatically, but administrators can use the /lptab reload command to manually refresh the information without restarting the server.

To install, you need a Minecraft server that supports plugins and LuckPerms installed. After downloading and placing TabPrefix.jar into the plugins folder, simply restart the server—player groups will start appearing in the tab list.

The plugin manages access to its commands through LuckPerms permissions, such as tabprefix.reload for using /lptab reload. Permissions can be granted to individual players or entire groups using LuckPerms commands. TabPrefix does not have configuration files and does not allow group display to be disabled for specific players.

If you encounter issues, it is recommended to check the server logs, especially logs/latest.log, to ensure the plugin is loaded correctly and there are no conflicts with other plugins.
