Stasis chamber fixer

This plugin resolves Stasis Chambers by not making you go through a nether portal to make the stasis rod, but instead you put the fishing rod bobber on the pressure plate and a sound plays and the bobber resets, thats when you know that it worked.

Fishing rod data is saved in a folder in plugins folder so no one loses their stasis chamber by restart or something else.
