This plugin is created referencing the Stargate saga, although the plugin itself is a way for players to transport themselves through portals.
StarPortal is a high-tech, professionally balanced portal system for Minecraft servers. Forget about simple teleporters; provide your players with a fully immersive, manageable, and energy-based network.
⚡ Energy-Driven Economy: Portals require Ender Pearls to function. Configure initial costs, maintenance cycles, and interdimensional penalties to keep your server's economy perfectly balanced.
🛡️ Advanced Iris Protection: Protect your bases with an event-horizon shield. The Iris can be toggled to block incoming entities or disintegrate them on contact.
💻 High-Tech Interfaces: No complex commands needed. Manage your portals through sleek, custom GUIs (DHD and Core Configuration).
📡 Smart Dialing System: Use 6-digit addresses to connect to any portal in the world. Save your favorite destinations for quick access.
🤝 Whitelist & Privacy: Grant administrative access to friends. Only whitelisted users or the owner can rename, modify, or decommission the DHD.
🌍 Multi-Language Support: Fully localized in English and Spanish with easy-to-edit configuration files.
Unlike other plugins, StarPortal focuses on immersion and balance. It’s designed to feel like a natural extension of the game, rewarding players for their resource management while providing a powerful tool for travel and community building.
Requirement: Bukkit/Spigot/Paper 1.21.X.
Core Placement: Place a Beacon (this will be your portal core).
DHD Setup: Place a Lectern within 7 blocks of the core to act as your control panel.
Configuration: Right-click the Beacon to name your portal and generate its address.
Dialing: Use the Lectern (DHD) to enter a target address or access saved locations.
Version Compatibility: Minecraft 1.21.x
Soft Dependencies: None. StarPortal works out of the box!
Optimization: Light on server resources with smart ticking and asynchronous data management.
