📖About SimpleXPBoosts

SimpleXPBoost – Plugin Overview

SimpleXPBoost is a lightweight and efficient plugin designed for server administrators to temporarily increase experience (XP) gain. You can apply XP boosts to individual players or the entire server, with boosts automatically pausing if the server is restarted and resuming once the server is back online. This feature makes it ideal for events, player rewards, or providing temporary perks. Every XP boost event is broadcasted to the entire server, ensuring all players are aware when a boost starts or ends.

Key Features

Individual XP Boosts: Assign a custom XP multiplier to a specific player for a set duration.

Global XP Boosts: Apply an XP multiplier to all players on the server.

Restart-Safe: Boost timers pause when the server shuts down and resume when the server restarts, keeping boosts intact across reboots.

Broadcast Alerts: Notify all players when an XP boost is activated or expires.

Admin-Only Commands: Only server operators (OPs) can activate boosts, preventing abuse.

Commands & Usage

Command: /simplexpboost <player|all>

<player|all> → The target player's name or all to apply the boost to everyone.

→ The XP multiplier (e.g., 2 for double XP, 1.5 for 1.5x XP).

→ The duration of the boost. Supported formats:

s → seconds (e.g., 30s for 30 seconds)

m → minutes (e.g., 5m for 5 minutes)

h → hours (e.g., 2h for 2 hours)

Examples:

Boost an individual player:

/simplexpboost Slrrxx 2 5m

Applies a 2x XP boost to player Slrrxx for 5 minutes.

Broadcasts: “XP boost activated for Slrrxx: 2x for 5m.”

Boost all players:

/simplexpboost all 1.5 10m

Applies a 1.5x XP boost to all players for 10 minutes.

Broadcasts: “Global XP boost activated: 1.5x for 10m.”

Important Notes:

Only server operators (OPs) can run this command. Non-OP players will see an error message.

Invalid time formats or multipliers will trigger an error message with details on how to correct them.

XP boosts automatically end when the duration expires, and a broadcast will notify players when this happens.
