SimpleLogin is a security-focused authentication plugin designed for offline-mode Minecraft servers. It protects player identities by requiring password authentication before players can interact with the world.

Why SimpleLogin?

On offline-mode servers, player usernames are not verified automatically. SimpleLogin adds an extra layer of protection by locking players until they authenticate.

Key Features

• Movement Freeze – Players cannot move or interact until logged in
• IP Security – Optional kick if login IP differs from registration IP
• Anti-Alt Detection – Alerts administrators when multiple accounts share the same IP
• Blindness Effect – Limits player vision until authentication for better immersion

Commands

• /register – Register a new account
• /login – Authenticate on join
• /changepass – Change account password
• /simplelogin – Display help and credits
• /slreload – Reload the configuration (Permission: simplelogin.admin)

Data Storage

Player data is stored in individual YAML files:

• player name
• password (hashed)
• registration IP & date
• last login IP & date
