A simple /fly plugin

Features:

/fly []:
Toggles flight for targetted player, if no argument is provided, toggles flight for command sender

Permissions:

simpleFlight.fly:

Allows player to do /fly without any arguments,

simpleFlight.fly.others:

Allows player to do /fly, aswell as /fly []
