Simple Gamemode Plugin

With this Plugin you can change your gamemode with /gm <1|2|3|4> instead of typing
/gamemode <creative|survival|adventure|spectator>.

• gm 1 is creative
• gm 2 is survival
• gm 3 is adventure
• gm 4 is spectator
