Simple Freeze is an expansive plugin that allows you to freeze players individually or everyone at once. You can prevent players from performing certain functions and all messages are customizable.

/sf locations set [placeholder] - Creates/Updates a location at your current location
/sf locations remove - Removes a location
/freeze [location/servers] [reason] - Freezes a player and teleports them to a location if given (set in config)
/tempfreeze [location/servers] [reason] - Freezes a player and teleports them to a location if given (set in config)
/unfreeze - Unfreezes a player and teleports them back to their original location
/freezeall [location] [reason] - Toggles a server freeze on all players (except those exempt) and teleports them to a location if given (set in config)
/frozenlist - Lists frozen players
