Shards

Adds 4 shards to the game. Water Shard, Healing Shard, Blindness Shard and the Speed Shard.

Each of them give different abilites on right click

Healing Shard - Regeneration 2 effect for 10 seconds
Water Shard - Dolphins grace and water breathing effect
Speed Shard - Haste 1 and Speed 1
Blindness Shard - Blinds all players around you in a 10 block radius for 10 seconds

Each Shard has a custom crafting recipe and a 30 second cooldown.
