RiptidePlus - Riptide Anywhere Plugin

A Minecraft 1.21 plugin that allows the Riptide enchantment to work anywhere, not just in water or rain.
Features:

✨ Use Riptide tridents on land, in caves, or anywhere
⏱️ 0.5 second charge time (hold right-click like vanilla)
🔄 0.5 second cooldown after use to prevent spam
💧 Visual water splash and bubble particle effects
🔊 Authentic Riptide sound effects
⚡ Scales with enchantment level (Riptide I/II/III)
🔧 Proper durability damage and trident breaking

How to use:
Right-click with a Riptide-enchanted trident, wait 0.5 seconds for the charge, and you'll be launched in the direction you're looking. Works perfectly on land without needing water or rain!
