Ready to shake things up on your survival server? RandomCurse keeps everyone on their toes by hitting all players with nasty effects at completely random times!

You'll never know when you'll suddenly be struck with Blindness, Hunger, or that dizzying Nausea effect. It's a simple plugin that adds a ton of chaotic fun and challenge to any SMP.

Hits all online players with random curses.
Timing is totally random—you set the shortest and longest possible wait times.
You control how long the curses last.
Super lightweight. It won't slow down your server.
Simple drop-in-and-go installation.

🔧 Setup & Config

Getting started is easy:

Drop the .jar file into your server's plugins folder.
Start or reload your server. Done!

To change the timing, just edit plugins/RandomCurse/config.yml:

# Shortest time between curses (in seconds)
min_interval_seconds: 30

# Longest time between curses (in seconds)
max_interval_seconds: 1000

# How long the effect lasts (in seconds)
duration_seconds: 30

None! The plugin is fully automatic. No commands or permissions to worry about.
