Continued fork of the RandomControl plugin, allowing for the return of RNG Manipulation to PaperMC servers.

Lets you manipulate RNG on Paper (and forks). No config, straightforward plugin.
Designed for use and tested with Earthcomputer's enchantment manipulator. However, should work with anything else abusing entity RNG.
Does not currently work with fishing manipulation (/cfish)

This plugin is continued from e-im's version of RandomControl. This plugin was out of date for the latest versions of the game, and hadn't been updated in 2 years. I decided to fork it myself and add a few lines of code to update it to the latest version!
This is my first public project, so report any issues on my github!
