PVP Patches

This plugin fixes the following issues:

• When you swing your offhand, it resets your main hand attack cooldown.
• When your ender pearl lands, it should keep your velocity, but it doesn't do so on paper.
• When a wind charge hits an ender pearl, it has like a 10% chance of actually triggering it.
