OpenTickets

This is a custom developed Support Ticket Plugin. Its intended to be an Open-Source Ticket plugin that allows servers to establish an in-game support system.

Commands

/tickets
Description: opens the ticket viewer menu

Permission: tickets.view

/tickets create
Description: creates a new ticket!

Permission: tickets.create

/tickets change_group
Description: changes the selected ticket to the chosen support group.

Permission: tickets.changegroups

/tickets add_note
Description: adds a note to the selected note. Anything after the UUID is added to this note prepended with the author name.

Permission: tickets.notes

/tickets rename
Description: sets the selected ticket's new name

Permission: tickets.rename

/tickets reload
Description: reloads the config.yml

Permission: tickets.reload

Admin Permission

tickets.admin
This allows access to all commands and features.

GUI Interactions

Ticket Viewer Interactions

Ticket Viewer is restricted to 45 viewable tickets at a time.

Left-Click: opens Ticket Options GUI
Right-Click: opens Ticket Notes GUI (non-interactive)
Shift+Left-Click: teleport to Ticket Location
Shift+Right-Click: CLOSES THE TICKET

Filtered Views:

Interacting with the Hopper in slot 49 will filter through the support group views, still limited to 45 items.

This is a rough implementation to view Ticket Notes. Utilizes deprecated code and will be updated in the near future.
