OpenCreative+ Addon for integration with plugin TAB

This plugin disables team handling by TAB when player joins world, and resume when player quit.
As result teams will work correctly, but players will temporarily lose their pre/suffixes above head defined by TAB.

Proxy support

If you have TAB installed velocity you need also to install Velocity Addon to proxy.

Currently, no support for Bungeecord but can be added if will be needed.
