Restores old pearl behaviour (<1.21.2)
In version 1.21.2, Mojang made it so pearls keep velocity on landing. This plugin reverts this change, making pearls reset velocity, just like before 1.21.2.
Supports version 1.21.2-1.21.7.
You must install PacketEvents for this plugin to work.
