On my server, my players placed some mannequins, and then my world was overrun by Endermen. They don’t burn in the daytime and constantly destroy terrain, placing dirt in players' homes.

That’s why this plugin was created; it prevents Endermen from spawning in the main world. Yes, this plugin does not prevent Endermen from spawning outside the main world.
