No Elytra Boosts

Prevent elytra boosting with fireworks, wind charges and riptide. Trying it anyway sets the item on cooldown for a moment and shows a Elytra boosting is disabled. message.

This is a very simple plugin without any permissions or commands, but it might be expanded in the future.
