No crystal/kart

Functionality

• When an end crystal or tnt minecart is placed, there will be a delay (200 ticks or 10 seconds by default) before it can deal damage.
• If detonated prematurely, it will only damage the person who placed it and no other entities.
• Patches out crystal/kart pvp while still allowing for traps.

Setup

• Works with no setup, just drag it into the server's plugin folder.
• The delay(in ticks) can be changed by setting the variable "explosive_delay" in

plugins/NoCombatExplosives/config.yml

Set to 0 to disable. You can suggest more configs through the discord server.
