What the plugin does:

The following mobs burn under sunlight (through transparent blocks too) :
Creeper, Spider, Slime (any size), Endermite, Witch, Silverfish

Fire Effect Lasts 300 ticks (15 Seconds) and does 2.5 damage (1.25 hearts)
