📖About mknockback

mKnockback Plugin Description

If you’ve ever run a Minecraft server with PvP, you know how frustrating latency can ruin the fun. One second you land a perfect hit on an opponent, the next they’re somehow slipping away because the knockback didn’t register on time. Or maybe their knockback flies them 10 blocks when yours barely nudges them—all because of a little lag. That’s where mKnockback steps in: it’s built specifically to fix those wonky, latency-driven PvP knockback issues on servers running 1.12 to 1.16, so your player vs. player combat feels fair and smooth, no matter the connection.

What It Actually Does (No Fluff)

This plugin zeroes in on PvP—no mob stuff, just player-on-player combat. It irons out the jank caused by network delays: things like delayed knockback that lets opponents escape, inconsistent force where hits feel “weak” one second and “overpowered” the next, or hits that land but don’t push at all because of lag spikes.

You get full control to tweak how knockback works, too. Want to make hits feel snappier? Crank up the horizontal force a little. Tired of players getting launched halfway across the arena? Dial back the distance. Every setting is adjustable with simple numbers, and it’s all focused on players—no messing with mob behavior to bloat the plugin.

Why It Won’t Break Your Server

We built this to play nice with your setup. It runs light on 1.12–1.16 Spigot and Paper servers, so even during busy PvP events, your tick rate stays steady—no lag from the plugin itself. And it works with most of the tools you already use: anti-cheat plugins, PvP mods, whatever keeps your server fair. No weird conflicts, just plug-and-play.

Dead Simple to Set Up

You don’t need to be a tech whiz. The config file is a YAML with plain-English comments—so when you open it, you’ll see lines like “# How hard hits push horizontally (higher = farther)” that even new server owners can follow. Mess up a setting? Just use the in-game reload command, and your changes kick in right away—no restarting the server.

Stop Letting Lag Ruin PvP

Whether you’re running a competitive arena, a casual PvP zone, or just want your players to stop complaining about “broken hits,” mKnockback fixes the latency issues that make 1.12–1.16 PvP feel frustrating. With consistent knockback that reacts like it should, every hit feels intentional, every duel feels fair, and your players will actually want to keep fighting.

Grab it today and make your server’s PvP feel smooth again—no more lag excuses.
