Minecraft, But The Enchant Level is 1,000,000

If the plugin is started, every time you use an enchanting table it will set the output enchant level to 1,000,000. It is very overpowered. Be careful.
Use /milenchants to start it. Use /milenchants to stop it. That's it. Enjoy sharpness 1000000.
