Mimic Plugin

A Minecraft plugin that creates jump scare events using Citizens NPCs (plugin) and other effects. Designed for horror or adventure servers.

Features

• Random spawn of mimic NPCs with various behaviors (far, behind, front).
• Sound-only events.
• Hit from behind with knockback.
• Blindness effects.
• Door toggling in radius.
• Configurable chances, distances, durations, skins and sounds.

Installation

1. Ensure

Citizens-2.0.41-b4059.jar

is installed.
2. Place the mimic.jar in your plugins folder.
3. Restart the server.
4. Configure in plugins/MimicJumpScare/config.yml.

Configuration
See config.yml in folder "MimicJumpScare" for all options, including skins, chances, and sounds. (don't mind "Mimic" folder)

Command

-

/mimic [player]

: Trigger a mimic event (requires mimic.use permission). (Also happens naturally, chance per tick can be configured in config).
