the chances of fishing certain items cannot currently be changed, so this is what they are for now:

Gold ingot: 25%

Goldfish (smelts into 4 gold ingots): 25%

8 golden carrots: 19.8%

Golden apple: 15%

Gold block: 15%

Enchanted golden apple: 0.2%
