This plugin adds poll + vote functionality
- /polls : Opens GUI of all votes with the option to vote yes or no (for quickpolls) and the custom options (for regular polls)
- /poll create [option1, option2, etc] : makes a poll for seconds (time)
- /quickpoll : makes a Yes or No poll for 60 seconds
- /vote [yes│no│customoption]
