Quick Operations Workflow
- Baseline with
/lg status and /lg health
- During spikes, run
/lg tickmonitor + /lg trace
- Use

- Mitigate minimally (
/lg clear hostile, /lg ai disable) only when needed
- Tune one module group, then
/lg reload
