Small plugin that adds placeholder for kill count and leaderboard, with an ability to reset it

/resetkills - reset kills of all players
/topkiller - show top 1 killer on the server

permissions:
killsplugin.reset - rights to reset kills

placeholder:
%kills_count% - placeholder to show kill count of a player
