Adds a configurable chance for players to drop their head when killed.

JHeadDrop allows player heads to become collectible trophies, adding new
gameplay mechanics and rewards.

When a player is killed:

Their head has a chance to drop
Default drop chance: 20%
Drop chance is fully configurable
Heads contain the player name
Heads work as trophies or collectibles
