Balloons

Throw the ball away to send it flying freely.
It will burst with a sound when it passes a specified number of blocks.

Piece of Cake

Right click on cake while sneaking with empty hand to get a piece of cake into your inventory.
Right click to launch a piece of cake. If a piece hits a player, he restores 1 hunger level and 0.2 saturation.

Party Blower

Right click to make a festive blower sound.
Permission: aniby.birthday.party_blower

All mechanics accessible also with OP or aniby.birthday.all permission.

Hats

Available via /burthday command.

Installation

1. Download and drag .jar file to plugins/ folder;
2. Download and install .zip file to your resourcepacks/ folder or set resource-pack field in your server.properties;
3. Reload your server;
