GemOfPowers

GemOfPowers is a plugin allowing you to have different gems with
different powers each, the textures are simple fishing rods, but with
personalized texture packs, you can give them a look!

There are, for the moment, 4 gems:

Fire Gem
Gem of Destruction
Void Gem
and the Underwater Gem:

Void Gem
allows you to levitate all surrounding entities within a radius of 8 blocks

Underwater Gem
allows you to give the mining fatigue effect for 1 minute to surrounding entities

Gem Destruction
Explodes the terrain with 4.0 power (like a more powerful x2 creeper)

Fire Gem
Allows you to send a ball of fire and explode at the slightest collision.

here are the mobs, and different chances of getting the gems:

EnderDragon: Void gem: 10% to give the gem
Wither: Gem Destruction: 0.3 to 3% to give the gem
Elder Guardian: underwater gem: 10%
Blaze: fire gem: 3% chance to giving the gem
