EssentialsX Geo

EssentialsX Geo uses the MaxMind GeoLite2 database to display approximate locations for players. This lookup is performed locally, and only contacts external services to download the publicly-available IP address database. This information is displayed in EssentialsX's /whois command, and can be configured to display to admins on join.
