Debug stick for Folia

Functionality for survival/creative mode with Folia support

How to use my plugin?

1. Crouch + LMB - change the settings

2. LMB - change the settings to the ones you have selected

3. In OP the BlackList get off. for survival and creative mode the Blacklist get on (or get off if you change the Bypass_In_Creative - only for creative)
