Day Vote Plugin

Allows players in an overworld (Multi-World Support) to vote for the sun to shine in an instant without waiting or depending on everybody sleeping in a bed!

/voteday - Starts/Casts a day-vote.

For Ops:

/cancelvote - Cancels the current vote in a world.

/canceldayvotetimeout - Removes the current timeout in a world before a new day-vote can be started.
