⚔️ How It Works

The system is designed to be intuitive and seamlessly integrate into the survival experience.

Craft an Item: When a player crafts a weapon (sword) or a piece of armor, the plugin automatically rolls for affixes. The resulting item can have anything from one simple stat to a combination of passive boosts and a powerful active skill.
Use a Scroll of Affix: Did you find a great piece of gear with no stats? Use a Scroll of Affix on it! This consumable item will add one new, random affix to the item, giving it a new lease on life.

🎲 Passive vs. Active Affixes

CustomStats features two distinct types of affixes to create diverse and exciting item combinations.

Passive Affixes (The Stats)

These are your classic, always-on stat boosts. They form the foundation of your gear's power.

Active Affixes (The Game-Changers)

These are rare and powerful effects that have a chance to trigger under specific conditions (dealing or taking damage). An item can only have one active affix, making them truly special.

🌋 Earth Shock: Chance on hit to unleash a seismic wave, dealing bonus damage and knocking back nearby enemies.
🗡️ Shadow Step: Chance on hit to teleport behind your target and deal significant bonus damage.
🧊 Ice Cocoon: Chance when hit to encase yourself in a protective ice shell, healing you and making you temporarily resilient.
✝️ Divine Shield: A chance, when taking lethal damage, to become immune for a few seconds, saving you from certain death.

⚙️ Configuration

Tailor every aspect of the plugin to fit your server's balance and economy through the extensively commented config.yml.

Set min/max values for every single affix.
Define the chance for an item to roll an active affix.
Add custom items from other plugins to the affix system using overrides.
Blacklist specific vanilla or custom items to prevent them from getting affixes.

📝 Commands & Permissions

Commands:

/customstats reload (Alias: /cs reload) - Reloads the configuration and language files.
/customstats getscroll [amount] (Alias: /cs getscroll) - Gives the player an Affix Scroll.

Permissions:

customstats.admin - Required for all /customstats commands.
customstats.use_affix_scroll - Allows players to use the Scroll of Affix. (Default: true)
