Combat Gambling

An addon to my completeCombatManager plugin which announces fights in chat, and gives players the ability to bet who who the winner will be! Betting closes in 60 seconds to ensure that ppl dont bet once the fight has a clear winner. Money goes into a pool, which winners will split. (NEEDS VAULT AND completeCombatManager)
[Gui based, with chat used for specific amounts. People in fight may NOT bet on themselves.] Have fun!
