A simple Minecraft 1.20+ Spigot/PaperMC plugin that allows you to use & color codes on signs without the color codes taking up space.

Use & color codes on sign lines (e.g., &aGreen Text)
Automatically converts & codes to Minecraft color codes
Color codes do not show up as characters on the sign, preserving space
Supports all 4 lines of a sign

Installation

Place the jar file into your server's plugins folder.
Start or restart your Spigot server (1.20.1 or newer).
Use signs as normal, but add color codes with & to your text.

Usage Example

On a sign line, type:
&aGreen text

The sign will display the text in green without showing &a.
