Carpet NPC's

This plugin adds a very simple command:
/summonnpc (npc name)

This uses the new manuqiens to summon a player like figure with a name tag which will work just like a survival player killing the npc will also show a death message in chat + the npc will leave the game

THIS IS A BETA PROJECT!! THERE ARE BUGS
Do not summon 2 npc's while standing in the same spot or the nametag will not work
