BossBar Announcements

This is a Minecraft plugin that displays server-wide announcements as a boss bar with time-based progress indication.

Commands:

• /announcement create - Create a new announcement
• /announcement remove - Remove the current announcement

Aliases: /announce, /bossbar

Time Units:

• minutes, min, m - For short announcements (e.g., server restart warnings)
• hours, hour, h - For events or maintenance windows
• days, day, d - For long-term events
• infinite, inf, forever - For permanent announcements (e.g., welcome messages)

Permissions:

• bossbar.admin - Allows managing announcements (default: op)
• bossbar.see - Allows seeing boss bar announcements (default: true)

Usage Examples:

Configuration:
The plugin includes a fully customizable messages.yml file where you can edit all plugin messages in English. Color codes are supported using & notation (e.g., &a for green, &c for red).

How It Works:
When you create an announcement, a boss bar appears at the top of every player's screen. The boss bar's health (HP) decreases proportionally to the remaining time:

• At start: 100% health (full time remaining)
• Halfway through: 50% health
• At end: The bar empties completely and disappears

The color changes automatically:

• Green: More than 66% time remaining
• Yellow: 33-66% time remaining
• Red: Less than 33% time remaining
