🩸 Blood Marks
High-risk PvP progression with real consequences.
Blood Marks turns player-vs-player deaths into a tangible power economy. Kill players, collect their Blood Marks, consume them to grow stronger—and become a glowing, hunted target. Environmental deaths (lava, mobs, void, fall, etc.) do not drop marks or reduce levels.
Designed for hardcore SMPs and PvP-focused servers, Blood Marks makes power visible and dangerous.
⚔️ Gameplay Overview
- Players have a Blood Level from -7 to +7
- PvP deaths reduce level by 1 and drop a Blood Mark
- Environmental deaths do not drop marks
- Consume Blood Marks to gain levels and buffs
- High-level players are broadcast to the server and can glow
🧬 Scaling Effects
🔴 Positive Levels
- Haste, Speed, Strength, Resistance
- Increased mobility and combat dominance
- Level 7 players glow permanently
⚫ Negative Levels
- Weakness, Slowness, Mining Fatigue
- Penalizes repeated deaths
📢 Bounty Leak System
High-level players cannot hide:
- Level 6 → Location broadcast every 45 minutes
- Level 7 → Location broadcast every 30 minutes
- Broadcast includes player name, level, and coordinates
🩸 Blood Mark Item
- Custom-named item (Red Dye)
- Right-click to consume
- Fire & lava proof
- Glows when dropped
- Persistent data tagged (cannot be spoofed)
- Optional resource-pack ready (CustomModelData)
