适用于Paper1.21.3的反火球实体卡服机

与Antibookban原理一样，通过阻止烈焰弹进入发射器阻止利用实体卡服机卡服，在使用该插件后，玩家无法使用任何方式向发射器传入烈焰弹，从而使烈焰弹卡服机彻底失效，同时也不会破坏原版体验。

此插件对原版生电的破坏性很小，到目前为止，我没看到有利用发射器和火球的生电装置，所以生电服的腐竹可以放心使用

版本更新说明

Release-1.1.0：简化逻辑，代码量最小，不允许发射器发射火焰弹，对原版的影响也更小
