Advanced Punish Plugin

This plugin adds /mute, /unmute, /tempmute, /tempban, and /tempip-ban.
Mute disables global messages, team messages, and other commands that allow talking to other players in chat.
The temporary punishments have a paramiter for the time, which supports any number then either: m (minutes), h (hours), d (days), or M (months).
