Admin-Abuse is a lightweight Paper/Spigot broadcast plugin focused on flashy “admin abuse” style announcements with full color support.
Features
Simple commands for global announcements, including a dedicated “Admin Abuse” countdown that hypes up events before they start.
Supports legacy color codes (&a, &b, &l, etc.) and modern hex colors (like #ff00ff) in both chat and titles for highly customized messages.

Commands
/broadcast <message> – Sends a formatted global announcement with full color support.
/adminabuse <message> – Instantly blasts an “ADMIN ABUSE” style alert to everyone.
/adminabusestart <message> – Starts a short countdown (3…2…1…) and then triggers an “ADMIN ABUSE” broadcast.
/chunkban <player> Bans someone from the chunk.
/chunkunban <player> Unbans someone from the chunk.
