AbilitySMP – Unique Powers for your SMP

Every player can obtain special abilities through mob drops and PvP, each with a passive effect and a powerful sword ability.
Powers are balanced, configurable, and designed specifically for multiplayer survival.

This plugin is made for servers that want more action, more strategy, and more PvP depth without turning Minecraft into a modpack.

How it works:

• Special mobs have a chance to drop a Power Star
• Right-click the star to activate the power
• Each power grants a passive ability and a sword ability
• Right-click a sword to use the ability
• If a player is killed by another player, their power is dropped as a star
• Players can steal powers through PvP
• First time joining the server grants a random power, with a one-time reroll option

AbilitySMP was built with multiplayer survival in mind:

• Powers can’t be changed during combat
• Cooldowns are clearly shown in the actionbar
• Players can steal powers by killing others
• No abuse from natural deaths or farming
• Balanced and fully adjustable through the config

This creates a dynamic environment where players fight not only for loot — but for abilities.

Fully Configurable:

Server owners can balance everything in config.yml:

• Cooldowns for every ability
• Passive strength (speed level, extra hearts, glow radius, regen level, etc.)
• Drop chance per mob and per power
• Enable or disable specific powers
• Enable/disable drops globally
• Enable/disable reroll system

You can easily tailor the experience for casual SMPs or competitive PvP servers.
